Recognition Night

Volunteers are the Heart of Hospice. Without them, Hospice care and support would not be possible. We recognize our volunteers and supporters at our Annual Recognition Night, held the last Friday in April of each year. The evening begins with a reception at 6:00 pm, followed by dinner at 7:00 pm and our Awards Ceremony at 8:00 pm. For pictures of our 2007 Recognition Night, click here.

Hospice Awards Program

1. Volunteer Excellence Award

This award recognizes Hospice volunteers who best exemplify the universal concept of volunteerism in its truest sense - serving as an inspiration to others and making a difference in their community. This award acknowledges volunteers who have made significant contributions to Hospice and/or a notable impact in the lives of patients/families served.
