Residential Hospice Service
Opening Fall 2010
Our
Residential Hospice will be a home away
from home – a place to live and die in peace and dignity surrounded by
loved ones and cared for by a team of qualified professionals and
volunteers.
It will offer compassionate, quality 24-hour care for people who can no
longer
be cared for at home, but do not need to be in hospital.
Comfortable,
home-like rooms throughout the house will offer retreats for rest,
visits and
reflection and homemade refreshments will nourish the body and spirit.
Our Residential Hospice will be a peaceful haven of hope and
healing
where people and families will have time to be together and to say
goodbye. Children will be welcome too and will have access to
a cheerful
playroom designed just for them. Pets will also be
welcome.
Hospice
Greater Saint John is committed to providing quality, compassionate
care and
making each day as comfortable, peaceful and meaningful as
possible.
That’s why at Bobby’s Hope House, people will feel cared for and at
home.
